Job Description
Core duties will include, but are not limited to:
Customer support assistance:
- Dealing with day to day customer support tickets and fulfilling them using the Agentivity Admin tools, whilst detailing more exhaustive support items as the basis for development user stories
- Providing a weekly summary to the team of on-going support items that might require further development
- Keeping a close watch on support ticket trends – we find customer demands for items a lead indicator of how we could best improve our product to serve them better
- Customer on-boarding assistance
- Follow on post on-boarding
Internal team support including:
- Participating in phone answering, directing calls
- Contract completion and PDF preparation, sending to customers
- Chasing for contract returns
- Customer onboarding planning
- Documenting repetitive tasks as standard operation procedures
Some internet research when time permits:
- E.g. updates on customer data based on new items on their websites
- Updates on suppliers / competitors
- Consolidation of news / applicable sources into shorter versions for quick reads by the team
Good verbal and written English is an absolute requirement.

We require a very independent, able and willing individual to assist the entire team including a core management team located in the UK, Spain and South Africa in an operational and customer support role. The role is home-based and a computer, phone and if required, internet connectivity will be supplied. The role is full-time and will be support from our South African operation, but it is a global role. Salary will be above market competitive rates for the right candidate.
