Job Description

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

 

• Receive travel requests from corporate clients
• Obtain the 3 best possible options on rates from suppliers for car hire, hotel and airline for every client
• Compile a quotation on the travel package and forward this to the client
• Arrange bookings as per the approved quote from the client
• Provide booking confirmation to the client once bookings have been made
• Confirm final travel bookings with the client
• Receive a package order or booking form from the client indicating that the client has accepted the confirmation of the bookings
• Issue the travel documents, i.e. airline tickets, car hire and hotel vouchers to the client via email
• Forex and any other ancillary services.

Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

Diploma in Travel and Tourism / equivalent NQF Level 5

3 - 4 years relevant experience
