Job Description
The main objective of this role is to be a member of the Centralised Ticketing Department to provide support and an administrative role to the department delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

Qualification:
- Skilled on at least one GDS - advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong team player
- Excellent Admin skills
- Computer Literate with Excel knowledge (reports and stats)
- Keen to learn and grow
- Excellent telephone skills (clear enunciation, be sincere, adopt positive tone, leave customer feeling satisfied)
