JOB PURPOSE
The main objective of this role is to source and develop travel products to meet consumer demands, ensuring profitability and delivering service excellence. This is achieved through sourcing and developing products to meet consumer demand and to ensure effective and efficient operations whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

- Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- PC Literate especially in MS Office packages (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
- GDS knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Well-developed problem solving and negotiating skills
- Flexible and adaptive to change
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and suppliers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel under pressure, whilst achieving accuracy within given deadlines
- Ability to inspire confidence and develop rapport with staff
- Discretion and awareness of confidentiality
