JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to manage the relationship with Investec from a product point of view, to build product and to ensure there is always a variety of product available as per the SLA with Corporate Client. This is achieved through exceeding the client’s expectations thereby creating long term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and offering customers the best deals most suited to their needs.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Account management
- Client management – manage relationship in terms of product
- Building and developing the product: introducing new products; initiate product development programmes
- Reporting on Rewards partners
- Monthly meeting with clients – update, follow up etc.
- Brand Management - develop strategies to improve the brand; developing good relationship with captive target market
- Maximise the company’s value (by way of marketable and profitable products).
- Conduct market research to: determine customer needs for; anticipate volumes; costing and packaging of certain products
- Reporting: short term and long term product sales; evaluating sales; analysis and forecast strategies to improve; return on investment analysis.
- Interact, liaise and co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure meet time deadlines for accounts
- Educate and train sales team on new products
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects where needed
