Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 3 year diploma or degree. 5 years Incentive travel or business travel experience. Including managing, traveling and reconciling incentive travel programs and events. Bi or multi lingual abilities.
- Comprehensive JD available on application.

General Details
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance as a representative of the company at all times
- To ensure that the requirements of the brief and client are met in an accurate and creative way
- To ensure that all internal and external deadlines are met timeously and efficiently
- To ensure that all quotations / costings are accurate and error free
- To formulate unique and creative event, conference and travel incentive proposals for new and previously used destinations for presentations to clients
- Provide a comprehensive presentation of your proposal to your client
- Efficient and accurate processing of client documentation for events and incentive travel which includes but not limited to the issuing of domestic and international air tickets, visa correlation, itineraries, travel insurance, etc.
- To ensure smooth onsite implementation of the project by providing efficient event management and tour leading services which includes but not limited to crisis management, emergency budget management, hospitality services, baggage control and efficient liaison with suppliers
- To develop and maintain an ongoing high standard of customer service including good interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues
- To ensure profitability on all files by means of timeous invoicing and collection of monies, exchange rate management and payment control and negotiations with suppliers.
- Effective liaison and relationship building with international, regional and local suppliers
- All administration, record keeping, invoicing, reconciliation’s and reporting related to the clients and your daily functions
- Assist in improving sales for the division by following up on proposals presented to clients and by forwarding contacts to the sales department
- Any agreed upon adhoc work requirements in order to provide customer satisfaction.
