Job Description
The main objective of this role is to co-ordinate team activities and special projects, ensuring high productivity and delivering service excellence. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures, developing and motivating the team to achieve results within given time frames ensuring a high performance team.

- Co-ordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet turnaround times.
- Evaluate department processes. Recommend and co-ordinate needed changes with Travel Manager.
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist staff to resolve operational problems.
- Keep a record of all consultant errors for training purposes.
- Manage incentives, fun days and team building projects.
- Manage unused E-Tickets ensuring that all are utilised.
- Responsible for non-executive phone roster and submitting feedback report to Assistant Travel Manager on a monthly basis.
- Schedule and assist in conducting staff meetings.
- Assist Manager in conducting interviews, hiring new staff, and providing employee orientation.
- Ensure relevant training is implemented and given to all new employees so that they may manage their level of responsibility.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- Assist Manager in establishing employee goals and conducting employee performance reviews.
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, leave, breaks, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
- Communicate with other Team Leaders and Managers.
- Remain flexible to the wider business needs of the company by rendering assistance for ad hoc projects and duties as requiredAll functions as per Corporate Consultant job description.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum 4 years consulting experience
- Thoroughly understand Club Corporate’s systems and procedures
- Amadeus proficient
- PC Literate especially in MS Office packages
- Capability to delegate, motivate and develop team
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to inspire confidence and develop rapport with staff
- Well-developed problem solving and negotiating skills
- Flexibility and adaptive to change
- Ability to excel under pressure
- Discretion and awareness of confidentiality
