Job Description
The main objective of this role is to be a member of the Centralised Ticketing Department in Cape Town issuing tickets on Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan and Sabre whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Intermediate Ticketing experience , minimum 2 years required
- Current proficiency in 2 GDS's (preferably Amadeus and Galileo)
- Strong knowledge of International fares and applying fare rules
- Ability to do Manual Fare Builds, Exchanges (manual and automated). Novice not Interface.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise work
- Effective team player
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to creatively source solutions.
- Able to work under pressure and reach deadlines.
