PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the position is to lead the account management as it relates to development and implementation of the National Account Management strategy in order to enhance revenue generation, customer retention and sustained profitability.
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
• Development of national account management strategy, implementation, and monitoring across all business streams
• Manage a successful, integrated team through high level strategic insights and analytics to drive account management to greater heights
• Build and maintain strong and solid senior client relationships, offering strategic direction and exploring opportunities.
• Ensure the team prepares professional business review documentation and presentations to client needs
• Lead the team in designing and implementation of business plans with clients to defined objectives and performance reviews
• Analyse client data to make valid recommendations on travel management expenditure and travel management processes
• Management of account managers and CRM staff to ensure that performance is at optimal level
• Identify sales opportunities and ways to grow the business within the client base
• Introduce HRG global capability and services where appropriate
• Effective time management to achieve goals
• Communicate effectively and regularly with both internal and external contacts
• Freely contribute ideas and offer good proactive knowledge to the team and organization
• Work with operations to ensure all points of contact are full aware and briefed on client portfolio
