Job Description
As a well-established PR/marketing company specialising in the travel & tourism industry, we are looking for a strong administrative person with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our small, dynamic team. With a client portfolio that covers both inbound & outbound tourism, activities will include the implementation & co-ordination of:
- Exhibitions & Events
- Mapping & layout of journalist/blogger travel itineraries
- Digital/traditional advertising
- Social media strategizing
- Joint venture/tour operator co-ordination
- Report writing
- Budget control
- General daily admin

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Knowledge of the tourism industry is critical. However this is predominantly an administrative position in the world of travel marketing, events & PR.
Ability to design basic creative elements such as invitations, newsletters etc will be an added bonus. Cognisance of deadlines is standard.
