Job Description
The incumbent of the role must ensure the successful planning, initiation, management and completion of any assigned implementation projects, and to fulfill this role for the TravelIT department for any projects in which the department is involved in. The incumbent is primarily responsible to offer support to all divisions within the business on TravelIT queries.

General Details
Project / Implementation Management
- Responding to all Help Mails within 24 hours.
- Effective skills in using shared resources and third parties to accomplish project undertaking
- Assisting the Implementations Team with updates to Builds etc. when required
- Effective skills in using shared resources and third parties to accomplish assisting all divisions
- Attendance of Help meetings within the Implementation Team
- Ensure that all relevant information is filtered to Technical Support and followed up and responded too
- Weekly update and problem solution of all help mails.
Systems
- Understand the full capabilities of the TravelIT System
- Ability to build and maintain client sites on the TravelIT System and support all divisions within TTS on TravelIT.
Inter-Relationship
- Build and maintain a relationship with the Development Team and the Operations Team
- Building and maintaining a relationship with all Divisions of TTS and Franchises within the Tourvest Holdings Group for assistance.
- Ensure departmental interaction and relationship building
- Attendance to company functions & Event
