- Assessor certification
- Moderator certification
- SDF certification
- Proven track record of instructional design
- Proven record of strong interpersonal skills and communication on all levels of the business
- Drivers licence and own reliable transport
EXPERIENCE IN YEARS
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development
