Required Qualifications
Qualification:
3-6yrs+ working experience as a Travel Advisor
Galileo is essential
Monitor all relevant Q’s on Galileo (SmartPoint).
Communicate with consultants / travellers regarding any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly
Turnaround time very important
