Job Description

  1. Debtors Reconciliation / Weekly Age Analysis
  2. Payment Allocations
  3. Dealing with customer account related enquiries/Settling queries with regard to unconfirmed amounts/ Investigate all short and non-payments on accounts
  4. Ensuring that all payment due from debtors accounts are collected on time and in a professional manner /Achieve set monthly collection target
  5. Preparing regular and ad hoc reports (monthly MIS reports)
  6. QuickTrav Experience a must
  7. Basic Accounting Knowledge
  8. Quick Learner
  9. Credit notes, journal processing
  10. Allocations of all payments to the correct accounts and to the correct invoices
  11. Filing of payment stubs/Remittance
  12. Filing of submission schedules
