Job Description
The main objective of this role is to do monthly visits with Corporate clients to establish/maintain relationships, service the account and resolve any queries or complaints that may arise from the visit. Visit Club Travel Corporate branches regularly to deal with staff issues, client queries and complaints.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Strong, proven experience of Corporate Travel in either Consultant or Account Manager role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- PC Literate especially in MS Office programmes
- Ability to inspire confidence and develop rapport with clients and staff
- Well-developed problem solving and negotiating skills
- Flexibility and adaptive to change
- Ability to excel under pressure
- Discretion and awareness of confidentiality
