- Inspiring people to book onto a GVI program
- Closing the sale to ensure GVI programs have enough participants to run
- Preparing participants for their departure
- Liaising with the field staff for project updates
- Handling general enquiries by phone and email
- Answering telephones
- Having a wide knowledge base of GVI's programs and locations

Salary
Remuneration: Senior Account Manager up 50 000 per month CTC OTE, subject to experience. Compensation Structure: Basic plus Commission.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Exceptional track record of sales success.
- Demonstrate the GVI core values
- 5 years
- Passionate about our mission
- Travel and Tourism Industry experience a plus
- Experience volunteering or working for GVI helpful
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Computer literate
- Exceptional phone manner
- Must be SA citizen, permanent resident or have valid work permit
