Opportunity to Join service-orientated team. Focus on delivering excellence in customer service to clients. Strong focus on sales to ensure inquiries are converted to bookings. Handle all booking requests from clients. This includes domestic, regional and international flights as well as car hire, hotel bookings and packages. Typing up of documents as per the company profile. Manager to be kept informed at all times of pipe-line quote and bookings. Adhere to file management systems in accordance to company policy and maintain quality control standards in all documentation. Ensure all bookings are completed on time and correctly invoiced and that payment is received in accordance with respective terms and conditions. Resolve all customer service issued timeously. Offer suggestions to improve itineraries. Always attempt to resolve issues with clients or colleagues and maintain a good consultant/management/office relationship. Maintain and develop a close working relationship with clients, tour operators and other suppliers. Assist with emergency phone & bookings as required. Offer relevant 'value ads' at all times. Have a good knowledge of visa requirements. Have a clear understanding of your role and manage this to the best of your ability. Team work is essential. Be able to take instruction from management and follow orders. Maintain a positive attitude at all times. Stay abreast of all Deals, Specials and happenings in the market place. Experience with re-issuing and issue in exchanges essential. Be confident and thrive under pressure. Responsibility to ensure all work is completed. Have pride in your work and always go the extra mile.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Matric plus a qualification in travel agency operations. MUST be computer literate. Must be able to communicate clearly both telephonically and written. An excellent command of the english language essential (written and spoken).
