Delta Air Lines is looking for a Senior Sales Executive based in Johannesburg.

Ensure all targets are achieved or exceeded
Maintain and develop relations with customer base
Planning and preparation and execution of all sales calls
Have full understanding and knowledge of portfolio and market trends and ability to report on it
Manage and develop existing business
Develop and Grow New Business portfolio
Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on assessed needs of potential clients
Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
Analyzing all aspects of portfolio & new business in order to drive and develop portfolio
Build strong relations within portfolio
Lead all contract negotiations within portfolio
Participate in all sales & marketing events

Qualification:

Sound knowledge of airline sales and customer service
Proven track record of sales and interpersonal ability and exhibit excellent initiative and commitment to achieve
Diploma in travel and tourism
Minimum 5 years qualitative sales background within the airline /travel industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong computing and presentation skills, with sound knowledge of airline business
Exceptional organizational skills
Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
