Job Description

To enhance and develop our CRM strategy. The role focus will include documentation of AM processes, develop training modules in consultation with Peopleworks and develop those modules and implement the CRM  structure.

- 50% of the role will be spend on CRM
- 50% of the role will be dedicated to leading the CRM strategy

To lead the CRM  Strategy for Corporate Traveller  South African and drive the performance of Corporate Traveller customers.

To drive and mentor CRM’s  in SA to deliver best in class in accordance with the National & Multinational agreement. The strategic intent of these programmes will be to provide consolidation, which in turn delivers cost management through spend leverage, tightened programme control and consistent operational services.

To lead by demonstrated performance within the business and be experts within all facets of their role. Using mentoring and coaching skills discipline leaders support and develop peers in CRM roles in SA.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

- Degree qualification - preferred

- Extensive Client/Account Relationship Management experience

- Five years CRM experience

- Previous experience leading a team of account managers desirable

- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and goals
