- Sourcing of new on-line business
- On-line tender presentations
- On-line client management and retention
- Develop effective relationships with new and current key accounts customers
- Project manage the implementation of online booking tools for new and existing clients.
- Conduct on-line client user training sessions and workshops
- Review and analyse on-line client’s travel policies and corporate agreements
- Recommend and present opportunities for improvement to on-line clients
- Supplier negotiations on behalf of on-line clients
- Analyse and benchmark on-line client’s travel spend, traveller behaviour and trends
- Identify and recommend savings opportunities per on-line client
- Conduct on-line client account review meetings
- Manage relationship with travellers including traveller enquiries

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management system
- Driver’s license prerequisite and own car.
- Good understanding of travel and related reservation systems
- Good presentation skillsGood verbal and written communication skills in English
