*Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly call schedules, and month and annual regional slaes and market analyses.
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
* Maintain professional andtechnical knowledge by attending training workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
* Secondary support structure to clients by providing an intermediary and advice service as defined in the FAIS Act
Qualification:
* RE5
* FAIS credits (60 FAIS credits)
* Sales and marketing qualification
* Minimum 5 years experience in the travel insurance trade
* Sales & key account management experience
* Strong negotiation skills on all levels
