Job Description
The main objective of this role is to provide information, advice and booking services directly to clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand. This is achieved through exceeding the client’s expectations thereby creating long term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and offering customers the best deals most suited to their needs.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years leisure consulting experience
- A leisure client base is required
- Strong geography, destination and product knowledge
- GDS proficient (preferably on Amadeus)
- Sales focused with experience of working in a target driven environment
- Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about travel and people
- Computer literate with MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to excel under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team player
