Adequate fare knowledge
GDS qualification – preferably Galileo
Excellent customer service skills

KEY PERFORMANCE AND RESULT AREAS
To offer exceptional customer service to clients / agents
Provide detailed information on properties in order to maximise and convert sales
Accurate target driven booking and quoting of reservations
Booking / quotation of packages utilising both the reservation system and the GDS
Consulting on the hotels and extras offered
Offering of alternatives
Amendment of reservations / quotations
Actioning of email enquiries when required
