The applicant in this role is required to act as an experienced travel professional managing the travel booking process at all levels ensuring efficient and effective first class service delivery which TWF clientele and internal stakeholders are accustomed toward.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

• National Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 3+ years’ experience as a travel professional  with a proven track record.
• Must able to handle all regional and international bookings.
• Understanding visa requirements, travel insurance
• Competent in Re Issue, EMD, Administration
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing.
• Galileo Essential + Quicktrav/Papertrail beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Further items discussed during interview process.
