Job Description
The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining fixed assets registers
- Booking reconciliations
- Assist with supplier management and reconciliation
- Petty Cash Processing and Reconciliation
- Assist with payroll processes
- General Admin Duties
- Ad hoc daily / weekly / monthly projects
- Assisting the preparation for the audit and SARS submissions (VAT, EMP201’s)
- General assistant to the Financial Manager
- Preparing and capturing online banking payments.

Qualification:
Financial qualification not required, but will be advantageous

General Details
- Must have BSP experience
- A minimum of 3 years Creditors and Debtors experience
- Understanding of VAT and TAX
- Understanding of Accounts, creditors and debtors reconciliation processes
- Accounting software experience
- Planning, prioritizing and time management skills – able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, verbal and written (able to compile letters and correspondence)
- Computer literate (Outlook, MS Excel & MS Word)
