Purpose of the Job:
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Identify customers needs, provide customers with product and service information, solutions and/or alternatives
- Contribute to increasing sales and developing revenue according to set targets
- Be able to handle problems but troubleshooting and providing information

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Tourism Diploma
Further Requirements:
- Reservation and fares knowledge: Amadeus and/or Galileo
- Previous call center experience in Airline
- Computer literate- Microsoft office etc
- Ticketing knowledge an advantage
- Portuguese (written and spoken) will be compulsory.
