This role is designed for an individual who has a customer centric DNA and who aims to serve. Nothing is too much trouble, you are fair, you are calm, you want to get to the nitty gritty of an issue and fix it! You don’t make excuses, you don’t take things personally and at the end of the day you know that you delivered an amazing customer experience!

· Minimum 1 year customer care experience with a proven track record
