The role will be responsible for:
· Processing monthly billings
· Daily processing of refunds
· Airline debtors follow ups
· Ticketer and consultant queries
· Build and maintain relationships with Ticket Centre, Leisure, Corporate and finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and that timely services and processes are provided
· Ensure maximum efficiency by identifying, recommending improvements to systems and processes and on-training these processes to the relevant team leaders/area leader and Flight Centre teams
· Assist in project implementation from time to time as required
