JOB OUTLINE
In this role responsibilities include:
- Have full understanding and knowledge of portfolios and market trends and ability to action and report on it
- Report Generation from various related tools
- Analyze data & reports generated and proactively guide the Sales Team in all aspects of the business in order to drive and develop the business.
- Liaise with various departments at a head office level
- Provide commercial support and assist sales executives and sales manager
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts of all new and existing business
- Assist with preparation of all contract negotiations
- Dissemination of monthly/quarterly results – with analyzed summary
- Update and maintain all related databases covering Trade and Corporate
- Provide Sales Executives with all relevant data for call preparation
- Participate in sales & marketing events

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Sound knowledge of airline sales and customer service
- Proven track record of sales and interpersonal ability and exhibit excellent initiative and commitment to achieve
- Diploma in travel and tourism
- Minimum 5 years qualitative Sales Support background within the airline /travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computing (Excel, Word and Power Point) with sound knowledge of airline business
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
