- 6years+ in a Retail Travel Agency environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Good knowledge of Fares and Ticketing and International Travel
- High accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel Qualification Certificate / GDS
