Job Description
Answer telephone and email requests and respond to all booking requests from agencies and general customers within 24 hours.
Generate new business from Travel Agents and Directs by following up on all enquiries and project a professional company image through phone interaction and good Customer Service.
Selling packages.
Flight and land quotes.
Capable of producing tailor-made itineraries
Handling all bookings from quoting stage, invoicing to producing documents. .
Provide customers with product and service information.
Upsell products and services.
Responsible for providing clients with accurate quotations timeously.
Ensure that all bookings are processed correctly and visas are applied for.
Good communication/telephone etiquette
Team player
High customer service and inter-personal skills
Other duties as assigned within the Reservations Department.
Must be able to sell Asia as destination (China, Indochina, Sri Lanka, India)

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Matric.
Travel Qualification
Preferably have travelled to Asia
Computer skills.
Amadeus/Knowledge of GDS system
Tourplan advantageous
Accuracy and attention to detail
Must possess good sales skills.
Candidate should have excellent geographic knowledge.
Good knowledge of Asia and Far East destinations.
Must be highly motivated.
