Job Description

Go2Africa is looking for a Relief Africa Safari Expert (ASE). The successful candidate will fulfil the role of an ASE when they are on leave, including but not limited to, consultation, sales and documentation support, upholding the highest in customer service standards and providing seamless vacations on behalf of the ASE. The role will include ownership of the handover process to ensure consistency of customer service excellence and reduction in error and loss. This includes adhoc administration tasks and working closely with the support team to ensure that all details are flawless and bookings are managed effectively from start to finish, as well as ad-hoc assistance in the support team. In addition, the role will include assisting Support Team Manager with day to day administration and operations functions.
