Job Description
- Project manage the implementation of online booking tools for both new and existing clients.
- Provide training, where necessary, to clients, users, agents and staff.
- Provide both first and second-line support for our online booking tools.
- Keep up to date with new product releases, and where necessary communicate to key personnel.
- Configuring, customising and testing of new client implementation set-up.
- Keep all documentation for online booking tools, and implementations updated and distributed where applicable.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Experience with support and/or implementation of online booking tools.
- A strong knowledge of Galileo.
- A good understanding of business travel.
- The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions.
- Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
