The BDM is a business minded individual who looks for new business accounts in accordance to targets set out by the NSM. A BDM will sell the FCBT story with the USP’s of FCBT on every pitch following one best way. Once an account is won the BDM will facilitate a hand over process with the allocated Travel Manager. The BDM will maintain regular contact with the client and continues to identify other opportunities to further grow the business and relationship over a 12 month period.

Qualification:
The candidate must be a Namibian citizen.
➢ Minimum 2 – 5 years sales experience in a travel environment
➢ Diploma or certificate equivalent in Sales, Management or business acumen
➢ Proven track record with credentials
➢ Scott’s works negotiation course an added advantage
➢ Toast Master or equivalent an added advantage
