The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost conscious travel service delivery that differentiates Tourvest Travel Services. Ensure the ongoing of all encompassing viability of the Tourvest Travel Services division.


EXPERIENCE IN YEARS
Minimum 2 years experience with at least 1 year being in a junior role in a similar organisation

General Details

• Knowledge and able to work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS
• Ability to issue full domestic reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc
• Ability to accurately complete domestic reissues
• Ability to complete all refunds accurately
• Ensure corporate fares are utilized
• Limited QC rejections
