Responsible for providing travel services to both leisure and corporate clients. Leading a small team within the FIT division, while working closely with groups and back office. Ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. Report to owner on a regular basis.

Qualification:
- Matric
- Travel Qualification
- FULL working knowledge and a minimum of 6 years’ experience on Galileo.
- Knowledge of QuickTrav will be to your advantage.

- Travel Qualification Certificate and Full Galileo
- 6 years+ in a Retail Travel Agency environment
- Full knowledge of Fares and Ticketing.
- Ability to accurately complete all reissues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Ability to tailor-make packages and think creatively
- Comprehensive knowledge of destinations and visas
- High accuracy, attention to detail and excellent service delivery
- Ability to handle volume and pressure
- Team Player
- Good leadership skills
- Weekends and after hours emergency work expected
