* Identifying new business opportunities
* Listen, converse and make business recommendations in a professional manner with potential clients.
* Establish and develop strong client relationships
* Lead generation
* Preparing and presenting the appropriate customised travel solution to potential clients
* Liaison at senior management level including preparing and conducting client presentations
* Liaise with operations teams with regards to ongoing maintenance of accounts
* Build market place awareness of our brand

There is no budget constraint depends upon the experience and present salary the candidate is withdrawing + Percentage Incentive on the profit done on the business brought in by him – Basic+ incentive. Chauffeur driven car is available for use and 3G connection with Laptop supplied as well as company phone will be included in package

Must Haves:
* Experience in Oil and Gas and Mining companies will be an added advantage
* Minimum 5 years solid, proven sales experience in a travel agency environment and must have ready cliental to be brought in.
* Travel Industry experience essential
* Strong business acumen with ability to work towards targets and goals
* Team player
* Strong negotiation skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
