To liaise with internal & external customers regarding payment/ ticketing issues.
To reconcile all transactions processed in order to ensure BSP is always balanced and reconciled
To compile reports for management purposes and to perform general related administration
To continuously update knowledge on all company policies and procedures

Qualification:
