Main Purpose
Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to feedback including: enquiries, concerns, complaints, suggestions and requests about products and services. Reporting of on the outcome of feedback and assist with feedback reviews to understand the business risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and to assess the quality of the client experience to ensure clients receive streamlined and consistent service levels.
The role requires the candidate to be passionate about how complaints impact the business, and to help mitigate complaint trends going forward.
