Job Description
- Ascertain client’s needs through consultation.
- Advise on suitable products and services.
- Prepare, process and follow up on quotes.
- Build relationships with client to ensure repeat business.
- Liaise with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines.
- Process reservations.
- Create and update client’s booking file.
- Collect payment from clients.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is issued timeously.
- Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where necessary.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 3-5 years experience selling holiday packages in a retail leisure travel environment (online would be advantageous)
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven sales record.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Focused and results-orientated.
- Extensive global travel knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Good administrative skills.
