Qualification:
Essential experience for this role include desktops, laptops, terminals, printers, MS Office support, Windows support and Terminal servers user support. Must be highly computer literate and tech savvy, able to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills and be passionate about technology.
Must have relevant qualifications including MCTS, ITL Foundation and A+/N+.
