Job Description

1. Quoting
2. Book car and hotel reservations using multiple online systems
3. Sound product knowledge of Southern Africa
4. Liaise with suppliers
5. Good communication skills with both ITCs, IWCs and suppliers
6. Work independently, show initiative and resourcefulness
7. Must be able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
8. Organised, accurate, observant and able to multitask
9. Generate invoices, vouchers and itineraries

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

1.      Matric

2.      Computer literacy – Microsoft Windows

3.      Travel Qualifications

4.      Galileo or Amadeus 

5.      Knowledge on Domestic and International travel
