- Responsible for providing travel services to both leisure and corporate clients.
- Leading a small team, while working closely with back office.
- Ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
- Report to owner on a regular basis.
- Business development acumen.
- Discretion and awareness of confidentiality.
- Capability to delegate, motivate and work in a team.
- The ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
- Travel consulting experience an advantage in the retail sector.
- Quicktrav proficient.
- A clear understanding of the full BSP function.
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire confidence and develop a rapport with staff and clients.
- Ability to excel under pressure.
- Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service and inter-personal skills.
- Mature attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Analytical problem solver.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Tender/RFP experience an advantage.
- Own car and valid driver’s licence are essential.
- Must be able to travel locally.

- Matric
- FULL working knowledge and a minimum of 6 years’ experience on Amadeus
- Knowledge of QuickTrav, TMA will be to your advantage.
