Design, collate and implement destinations training modules for new and existing staff. Stay current on reservations and touring processes and ensure all training is relevant and up-to-date within the Industry. Prepare post-training assessments for relevant department managers on trainees and produce monthly HR reports. Produce and present training modules on product knowledge and reservations procedures in line with Company policy. All this and much more pertaining to In-Bound training!

Qualification:
Essential to this role is an in-depth knowledge and understanding of In-Bound Tour Operating with sound senior consulting experience. Must have excellent South/Southern/East Africa know-how, have great written and verbal communications skills, be highly computer literate and be a Tourplan wizz!
