A minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory/Team Leader Position in an IATA accredited Travel Agency required to ensure the efficient running of Travel team in order to maximize productivity, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

To lead and supervise the team to ensure the dellivery of prompt and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction and increased revenue.
To perform relevant people management functions within area of accountability
To broaden and maintain product knowledge in order to extend the best possible service to customers
