Leading Tour Operator requires:
Ø A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the travel industry
Ø Adequate fare knowledge
Ø GDS qualification – preferably Galileo
Ø Excellent customer service skills
Ø Excellent communication skills

Ø Consulting on the hotels and extras offered
Ø Offering of alternatives
Ø Amendment of reservations / quotations
Ø Actioning of email enquiries when required
