Required Qualifications
Qualification:
•Grade 12 / Matric
•ETDP Qualification (or accredited modules towards the qualification) will be advantageous
•At least 3 years working experience in a training/development capacity
Knowledge and Skills Required
•Computer literacy (Microsoft & VIP)
•Negotiation and Networking skills
•In-depth knowledge of Skills Development and relevant legislation (TETA and Services SETA preferable)
•Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
•Excellent administrative and organizing skills
•Self-starter, with energy and drive
•Inquisitive and innovative, with the ability to overcome obstacles
•Attention to detail, strives for perfection

General Details
•Assist in the development, update and preparation of learning material
•Maintain Learning and Development processes and initiatives
-Skills Matrixes
-Individual Development Plans
-Succession Planning
•Plan and schedule learning interventions in line with the company Training Plan (WSP & ATR)
•Facilitate learning interventions
•Evaluate learning impact
•Maintain learning record keeping and other administration
•Produce management reports on training and development (WSP, ATR, BBBEE, EE)
•Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements (e.g. CETA and quality standards)
•Maintain training facilities
•Management of large numbers of learners on a learnership (assist with recruitment, selection, daily running of the program)
