Super opprtunity with Leading Inbound Operator:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Accurate allocation of payments received via the various channels available –within 24 hours.
 Actively collect payments according to andBeyond payment terms.
 Assist with Tourplan queries from consultants and other related parties in a professional
manner at all times.
 Review Debtors Age Analysis fortnightly and provide detailed feedback.
 Send invoices and payment reminders.
 Escalating and resolve queries in line with predetermined internal processes.
 Monthly cash flow management in line with Debtors book.
 Conduct monthly debtors review with Sales and DMC Managers and Directors.
 Review unallocated cash weekly.
 Debtors Reconciliations
 Bank reconciliation
 Month end processes
 Any other functions deemed necessary to complete month end accurately and on time.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED (QUALIFICATIONS OR TRAINING PROGRAMS)
 Knowledge of Excel
 General Accounting Principles
 Experience in preparing debtors reconciliation’s, and resolving queries
 Experience in a debtors department in the Hospitality Industry is advantageous
 Knowledge of Tourplan is advantageous
 At least 3 years’ experience in a high pressure debtors environment
SKILLS REQUIRED:
 Ability to meet deadlines
 Ability to work under pressure.
 Very good telephone and email manner
 Attention to detail and accuracy
The successful candidate must be self-disciplined, have good telephone manners, good organisational skills, be a team player and have flexibility in terms of working hours.
