Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Amadeus and Quicktrav experience will be beneficial.
- Strong geography, destination and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal (English and Afrikaans) reading and writing skills required.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure.
- A service delivery mind-set and a strong customer service focus.
- Adhere to client turnaround times.
