Job Description

Assisting the Centralised Ticketing Department with credit card authorisation requests, liasing with various banks to obtain credit card authorisation codes for the various Global booking systems. A high level of accuracy is required with attention to detail and ability to work well in team.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
•Obtaining credit card authority numbers on all Club Franchises, ITC’s, CTITC's and Affiliates, credit card sales through the Travel Buy system or Airline Merchant Bank. •Maintaining the structure that is in place in ticketing to ensure quick accurate delivery. •Working as a team with other colleagues. •Adhering to ticketing deadlines. •Paying Low Cost Carrier bookings and invoicing thereof
• Skilled on at least one GDS • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to prioritise work • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • Strong team player •Excellent Admin skills •Excel knowledge •Keen to learn and grow •Attention to detail, deadline driven, Team Player, Good people skills Computer Literate.
